Sam is a retired USMC Lieutenant Colonel with over 30 years of experience in supply systems and fleet logistics support. Sam garnered this experience with both the USMC and as the Director of West Coast Operations and the Vice President of Fleet Logistics Support for CACI International, Inc.

Mr. Paul Callan
Executive Vice President
Paul is a retired USMC Colonel with 27 years of experience as a Commander, Chief of Staff, Operations and Executive Officer, and Branch Head. Paul has an MA in Nation Security and Strategic Studies.

Mr. Michael Nisley
Vice President Aerospace Services
Mike is a retired USMC Lieutenant Colonel with 32 years experience in aircraft maintenance, maintenance management, production scheduling, operations, and supervising quality control management systems.

Mr. David Howell

Dave is a retired USN Commander with 28 years of experience in supply chain and contracts management, business process reengineering, resource planning, and ISO 9001 implementation. Dave has an MA in Health Services Management.

Ms. Linda Young, SPHR
Vice President Human Resources
Linda has 18 years of experience in multi-state and international Human Resources Management and holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute which is an internationally recognized certifying organization. Linda holds a BA in Psychology from California State University.

Ms. Michelle Ames
Controller
Michelle has 28 years of experience in contracting and finance. Michelle is responsible for managing contracts and sales in excess of $40 million annually.

Ms. Veronica Delia
Facilities Security Officer
Roni has 25 years of experience in Defense Industry Facility Security, Emergency Planning, and Facility Management. Roni is certified in Industrial Security, FSO, JPAS, and OPSEC fundamentals.

Ms. Melinda Garcia
Contracts Manager
Melinda has 24 years of experience in Contracts, Finance, and Accounting. Melinda is responsible for managing contracts, purchasing, and travel. Melinda holds a BA in Finance.

Mr. Alvin Porter
Program Manager
Al is a retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel with 24 years of experience as a commander and logistics manager. Al has extensive expertise in aviation, test, munitions, planning, and transportation. Al has an MS in Management.

Mr. John McKeon
Program Manager
John is a retired USMC Major with 30 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, maintenance management, production control, and quality assurance.

Mr. Pete Vickery
Program Manager
Pete is a retired USMC Chief Warrant Officer with 20 years of experience in maintenance management, production control, material control, and Aviation Depot site management.

Mr. Michael Grace
Program Manager
Mike is a retired USMC Master Sergeant with 27 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, maintenance management, personnel management, production control, and quality assurance.
