PKL Services, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Mr. Samuel Flores, Jr. (LtCol USMC (Ret)) who is a disabled veteran with 30 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. PKL Services, Inc.  provides the Department of Defense experienced and qualified personnel to execute aerospace maintenance and logistics management services. PKL has skilled employees serving the United States Marine Corps, Naval Air Systems Command, United States Air Force and Republic of Singapore performing aircraft maintenance and providing logistic management services in several world-wide locations.  As the prime contractor for multiple Department of Defense (DOD) requirements, PKL employs sub-contractors with equal or greater experience, each having the same exacting standards for quality workmanship and timely service. Over the last seven years, PKL has joined with several industry-leading companies and executed teaming agreements that delivered consistent quality service to several DOD customers and has been recognized as an integral part of each supported military organization.  As a service company, PKL’s greatest resource is the talented and diverse team of artisans, technicians, and logisticians who execute customer requirements. PKL’s current contracts provide program management, quality assurance, and skilled technical artisans across the entire spectrum of aviation maintenance and logistics services.  PKL’s corporate team has applied these skill sets at all maintenance echelons to include USMC/USAF Headquarters, Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot Level maintenance units.  PKL operates a world-wide operation currently staffing both CONUS and OCONUS (including Afghanistan) work sites.  PKL personnel operate as fully autonomous, independent teams or as integrated individual artisans providing augment maintenance support on the flight line, in squadron work centers, in back-shops, and in combat theatres of operation.
