This contract provides total supply chain management in direct support of replenishment parts and industrial hardware for the contracted Army sites. Replenishment parts and industrial hardware for this contract are defined as Class IX repair parts and components including kits, assemblies and subassemblies, reparable and consumable items required for maintenance support and/or overhaul of all military weapons systems or related equipment supported at the designated Army sites. Supply Chain Management tasks include supply chain and inventory management, parts acquisition, distribution, bin management, forecasting, obsolescence management, program customer service representatives, kitting, quality assurance, and the ITS necessary to support the contract date and invoice/billing requirements. The contractor team is to fill bench-stock bins to maintain a 99.85% fill rate, reduce inventory investment by the customer, provide value-added customer support, and to provide timely responses to the customer’s requests for “Spot Buys.”
