PKL has recently been recognized as a Top Workplace in Idaho! Presented by the Idaho Press, this award was determined based on the feedback of our employees in Idaho in a recent survey administered by PKL, in conjunction with Energage.
We are grateful for this award but even more proud to know that our employees have such a positive overall experience with PKL that we were able to be recognized as a top workplace in the region.
We would also like to thank our management team in Idaho for attending the awards ceremony and receiving the award on behalf of PKL.

PKL Services, Inc. (PKL) has received notice of award on 19 September 2022 that the team was the successful awardee of the Republic of Singapore (RSAF) Flight Operations and Maintenance Support Training contract located at Mountain Home AFB, ID.
The work for this Task Order will be providing F-15SG maintenance and operations training for the RSAF.
PKL will deliver services via a team of 159 full time employees at the Mountain Home site. As a recompete award, PKL will retain our existing personnel and are we are honored to continue to provide the training and maintenance services to our customer without any disruption in service to them.
This five-year opportunity will begin on 1 October 2022. The contract is anticipated to end by 30 September 2027.
PKL’s CEO, Michael Naylor, stated “We are proud to continue to serve RSAF’s flight line maintenance training needs with our professional expertise and long-standing relationship with the RSAF. We have had the honor of managing this contract for over 13 years and it’s a privilege to work with the entire Mountain Home team for another 5 years.”

We are honored to have been selected by the Poway Awards Program as the winner of the best Aerospace Company for 2022. PKL has been headquartered in Poway, CA for over 15 years and are proud to be a part of the local community.
The Poway Award Program is focused on finding and recognizing companies that have demonstrated their ability to use various marketing methods to grow their business in spite of difficult economic times. PKL Services, Inc. (PKL) has received notice of award from prime contractor, 4M HR Logistics on 17 August 2022 that the team was the successful awardee of the Commander Naval Air Forces Atlantic (CNAL) Flight Line Maintenance Support contract located at VX-1, NAS Patuxent River, Patuxent River, MD.
The work for this Task Order will be providing O-level scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, logs and records support, and Technical Directive compliance on the MH-60R helicopter (Sikorsky), the E-2D tactical twin turboprop aircraft (Northrup Grumman), and the P-8A reconnaissance aircraft (Boeing) at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron-One (VX-1).
PKL will deliver services via a team of 17 full time employees at the VX-1 site. All of these positions fall under a collective bargaining agreement through the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace workers (District Lodge 4).
This three-year (base plus two one-year options) opportunity will begin transition on 1 October 2022 with the base period beginning on 1 November 2022. The contract is anticipated to end by 31 October 2025.

With our focus on quality management systems and processes, we look forward to supporting the work at Pax River with the squadron’s unique position in the military. PKL has been featured in a recent article by Comparably for recognition of companies that provide great health benefit plans for their employees. While most of our employees are retired military who come with their own benefit plans, we’re proud to offer a great benefit plan set for those who need it as well as a variety of ancillary plans to augment the benefits our veterans have.
