PKL CEO, Michael Naylor, Honored as Director of the Year

We are very excited to announce that our CEO and Board President, Mr. Michael Naylor, has been recognized by the Corporate Directors Forum (CDF) as an honoree for the San Diego 2023 Directors of the Year. Mike was honored as an Emerging Board Leader alongside 5 other San Diego directors in various categories. Each director was nominated by their peers and chosen for how they embody the transformational, forward-thinking leadership required to address the global challenges facing organizations today.
Mike has been with PKL since 2013 and has filled multiple roles in his ascent to CEO. He has been actively involved in our company growth, contract development, and employee morale over the last decade. We are proud to see him recognized by this prestigious honor as a reflection of his dedicated leadership over the years.
The Director of the Year Award, now in its 26th year, was established to recognize outstanding board directors who live in the San Diego region or serve San Diego-based organizations. Five awards—in the categories of Corporate Governance, Enhancement of Culture & Inclusion, Companies in Transition, Emerging Board Leader, and Not-for-Profit Board Leader—recognize recent achievements, while the Lifetime Achievement Award is given to a director who has demonstrated superior leadership spanning decades.
