For the fourth year in a row, PKL is proud to announce that we have been recognized as a top company for Work-Life Balance. And, we are ranked the 2nd-best company in the US, for small and mid-sized companies, in this award category.

This award is presented by Comparably and is based on the honest feedback of our employees throughout the year at PKL. The criteria for the Work-Life Balance award is based on independent and anonymous employee feedback from our company surveys, taking into account the responses about work-life balance, average hours worked per day, lunch breaks, time off, being burnt out, and more.
